Redbourn Cricket Club

Redbourn Cricket Club

Latest club news available here

Cricket was reputed to have first been played on the common in Redbourn in 1666 with the Club officially founded some time prior to 1823, making Redbourn Cricket Club one of the oldest clubs in Hertfordshire. We have four senior teams playing in the Saracens Herts Cricket League on Saturdays. On Sundays we have one team in the Chess Valley League as well as a Sunday social side who play friendly fixtures against local clubs. We achieved the ECB's Clubmark accreditation in 2008, the same year we were voted the Hertfordshire Cricket Club of the Year.

We have some 170 juniors from U7 - U15 age groups playing regularly, but still have some spaces available for the 2017 season in certain age groups. Please contact Ana Doyle our Junior Membership Secretary if you would like more information about joining our Juniors' section - or

We are always keen to welcome new senior players as well, irrespective of their ability. For more membership information please see the About Us section of our site.

Redbourn Cricket Club would like to thank its major sponsors, Ashtons Estate Agents, Choice Cricket Centre and Aldwickbury School for their continued financial support.
